Wordless Wednesday - Since I'm in a biking mood

See, even the president needs to exercise every now and then! Although I think the bike would do him a whole lot more good if he actually rode it ;-).

About The Joyful Dieter

This is a christian focused blog all about dieting and living healthy with the help of God. This is an extension of the healthy living group for the women of my church called JOY - which stands for Joyously Offering Yourself. We are offering ourselves and our bodies as living sacrifices to be presentable to the Lord (Romans 12:1). Our bodies are presentable when we take care of them and keep them healthy.
