About The Joyful Dieter

This is a christian focused blog all about dieting and living healthy with the help of God. This is an extension of the healthy living group for the women of my church called JOY - which stands for Joyously Offering Yourself. We are offering ourselves and our bodies as living sacrifices to be presentable to the Lord (Romans 12:1). Our bodies are presentable when we take care of them and keep them healthy. We become living sacrifices when we stop caving into the desires of the flesh. We should be spirit minded - not flesh minded (Romans 8).
I will have diet tips, diet devotionals, recipes, a little bit of fun and even record my own personal progress. Thanks for stopping by and may your dieting be JOYFUL!
