A return to JOY

Our first JOY meeting of the year is tonight at 6:30. I am excited to be returning to Joy and to the blog again after so many weeks of extreme busyness! I'm feeling refreshed and ready to start on JOY again and head into this new year with a new attitude towards acheiving our goals. I hope and pray that you are all with me on this and I hope to see some fantastic results this year! See you all tonight! :-)!

About The Joyful Dieter

This is a christian focused blog all about dieting and living healthy with the help of God. This is an extension of the healthy living group for the women of my church called JOY - which stands for Joyously Offering Yourself. We are offering ourselves and our bodies as living sacrifices to be presentable to the Lord (Romans 12:1). Our bodies are presentable when we take care of them and keep them healthy. We become living sacrifices when we stop caving into the desires of the flesh. We should be spirit minded - not flesh minded (Romans 8).
