Singing Rescheduled

Sorry everyone but the nursing home singing has been rescheduled. We will be singing in Shelby on the 18th instead . We will still be going out to eat and shopping tonight so hope to see you all there!

About The Joyful Dieter

This is a christian focused blog all about dieting and living healthy with the help of God. This is an extension of the healthy living group for the women of my church called JOY - which stands for Joyously Offering Yourself.
