Just a reminder

We will be singing at the nursing home tonight on Walker Lake Road behind Cold Stone Creamery (no Megan we will not be eating ice-cream afterwards lol). Please try to get there a little before 6:00 p.m. We will be eating out at a fast food place when we are finished so please be bring money if you will be joining us. God bless everyone and hope to see you there!

This is a christian focused blog all about dieting and living healthy with the help of God. This is an extension of the healthy living group for the women of my church called JOY - which stands for Joyously Offering Yourself.
