Thursday 13 - Exercises
1. Exercise your body - Go for a jog.
2. Exercise your mind - Read a nonfiction book and learn something new.
3. Exercise your spirit - Go to church!
4. Exercise your muscles - Do some stretches.
5. Exercise your heart - Do a good deed and don't expect anything in return.
6. Exercise your faith - Read 1 Corinthians 13
7. Exercise your eyes - Watch a sunrise or sunset.
8. Exercise your knees - Get down and pray.
9. Exercise your joy - Shout, dance and praise the Lord.
10. Exercise your voice - Psalm 95:1 O come, let us sing unto the LORD: let us make a joyful noise to the rock of our salvation.
11. Exercise your shoulders - Let someone lean on them.
12. Exercise your hands and feet - Do the work of the Lord.
13. Exercise your life - Give it over to God.
