Wordless Wednesday - My dinner

It was so pretty, colorful and healthy looking I just had to take a pic of it. I just wish I had a better camera lol. See everyone, I am behaving :-)!

Shari said...: That dinner looks really good. I had a bowl of Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal - which means that I will probably be snacking tonight. I should have just eaten something healthy like you. My picture is of my daughter.

About The Joyful Dieter

This is a christian focused blog all about dieting and living healthy with the help of God. This is an extension of the healthy living group for the women of my church called JOY - which stands for Joyously Offering Yourself. We are offering ourselves and our bodies as living sacrifices to be presentable to the Lord (Romans 12:1). Our bodies are presentable when we take care of them and keep them healthy. We become living sacrifices when we stop caving into the desires of the flesh. We should be spirit minded - not flesh minded (Romans 8).
